Regulations on Discussion Room (Room 603) Revised on May 12, 2003
I. Opening Hours
Monday-Friday 8:30~16:30
Opening hours during Summer Vacation and Winter Break is Monday-Friday 8:30~16:00
On national and school holidays, is closed.
II. Objectives and Eligibility:
1. A discussion room on the 6th floor is for the faculty and students of the school to do instructional discussion and academic research with materials in the library.
2. For faculty of the TNUA only.
III. Appointments:
1. The room can only be borrowed by teachers or teaching assistants of a department. If a student acts as agent for a teacher or teaching assistant, he/she has to show a signed certificate of entrustment of the instructor and fill in “name/department” on the application.
2. The library staff will be open the room in person. The borrower is not allowed to keep the key.
3. Notes:
(1) Please take your personal belongings, turn off lights and close the door when leaving and inform a librarian on the fourth floor.
(2) You may ask service personnel for help if there is any question regarding the operation of the equipment.
(3) Every borrower is responsible for all equipment and apparatus from damage and/or loss.
(4) Please handle the equipment with care, keep the room tidy and put tables and chairs back to where they belong. No littering.
