Regulations on Library Gallery
I. Location: Hall at the entrance of the Library of Taipei National University of the Arts.
II. Qualification:
(I) Faculty and students of the TNUA and alumni
(II) Non-TNUA arts and culture professionals or groups
III. Application Form: Fill out the application form (see attachment) for Library Gallery of Taipei National University of the Arts and submit it to Circulation and Collection Department of the Library.
IV. Time: Monday-Friday 08：30~17：00
V. Works: Works, regardless of their contents, types or media, which are suitable for exhibitions are welcome.
VI. Arrangement of Exhibition Period: The Library arranges for exhibition for applicants who are qualified. If the arranged exhibition period can not be achieved, please notify the Library one month prior to the exhibition period.
VII. Exhibition Period: Two to four weeks for each exhibition period.
VIII. Verification: The Library verifies the works, and participants whose works pass the verification will be informed via phone or e-mail.
IX. Notes:
(I) Exhibits must be arranged one day before the exhibition period the latest. Exhibits must be retrieved, and the venue must be restored one day after the exhibition period.
(II) Exhibits can only be arranged in the designated exhibition area. Disassembly and occupation of other public facilities (like entrance, hallway, stairway or lobby) are prohibited.
(III) Exhibits must be executed in accordance with the original exhibition plan. If there is any change to the exhibits, a written notice must be submitted to the Library to get permission.
(IV) The ground, wall, pillar or ceiling of the exhibition hall can not be dug, punched or altered. No nail or agglutinant is allowed. Participants have the responsibility to restore any damage.
(V) No dangerous goods or fireworks in the Gallery.
(X) It is participants’ responsibility for the framing, packaging, delivery and transport of works and for the safety, cleanness and maintenance of works during the exhibition period. The Library has no duty for the above-mentioned tasks.
(XI) Applicants must prepare for their own TV, projector equipment and special apparatus for installation.
(XII) The Library has the right to adjust or change exhibition periods.
(XIII) The Library will modify the Regulations if there should be any revision to the Regulations.
