Regulations on Library Book Drop

- For the convenience of users, Taipei National University of the Arts provides the book drop for users to return books. The procedure of returning books is based on related regulations of the Library and the Regulations on Library Book Drop.
- To avoid any loss or damage to the following materials, please do not drop them in a book drop or a user will bear compensation responsibility for it.
- Non-book materials (including CD, VCD/DVD, VHS, appendix, disc, microform, duplicate painting).
- Large-sized books.
- Materials borrowed from other schools through interlibrary cooperation.
- Books or materials borrowed with a librarian.
- Stained or damped books during the circulation period.
- The returned books are handled every day when the library opens, and the previous day will be the book returning day. Users could check on-line for their circulation status to make sure the returning procedure is completed.
- The actual returned items are on the basis of the record of the Library. Before it checks and accepts the returned items, items that a user can borrow are based on the record of the Library system.
- Overdue items which will be charged with fines can not be dropped in the book drop. Before the fine is paid off, the Library has the right to revoke the borrowing right of a user.
- Other affairs are regulated with “Circulation Regulations of Library of Taipei National University of the Arts” and other related regulations.
- The Regulations have been approved by Library Advisory Committee. Any revision to the Regulations will require the same approval procedure.
