Q: How do I set up wireless internet while using laptop in the library? |
Internet Connection |
A: First check the wireless internet, and choose “TNUA-AP.” The system will ask for the key for the internet after it’s connected, and the key is “ccnet.” Then start IE, enter account password (the password has been sent by e-mail from TNUA).
Please contact librarian Zang Haoan (Ext. 1834) for further assistance. |

Q: What should I do when the database is not connected? |
Connection Settings |
A: First check if the proxy is set properly, go to Tools => Internet Options => Connection => Local Area Network Setting => Proxy Server. Uncheck the Proxy Server. You don’t need to get authentication to connect to the internet while using the database on campus, it’s only needed while using the database off campus.
