Instruction to use Group Audio-Visual Room #604
1.Open hours
- Mon. to Fri.: 8:30~16:30
- Open hours for winter and summer vacation
- Mon. to Fri.: 8:30~16:30
- Closed on weekends and national holidays
2.Service target and limitation:
Only for group use of TNUA departments and teaching activities.
3.Instructions and Notes:
- Apply in advance by phone, in person, or submit the application form printed from library homepage
- A librarian will open the door for the users, and the key of the room cannot be given to the users.
- Notes
(1)Before leaving the room, clear all personal belongings, turn of all lights, close the door, and inform the
staff at the service desk on the 4th floor the room is finished using.
(2) Ask staff for help if you don’t know how to use the equipment in the room.
(3) While using the room, every user is responsible for custody of all equipment inside the room in order
to prevent them from damaging and losing.
(4) Please keep the room and all equipment intact and clean.
