Q: Why do I get an error message while turning on the scanner? |

A: The scanner is getting an error message usually because the cable is not connected well,
or the user starts the scanning program before turning on the scanner. Please check if the
cable is connected well, and turn on the scanner and wait for about 10 seconds before
starting the scanning program.

A: The scanner can’t save the file may be because the hard disc space is full, or you can try
clicking the “File Saving Setting” to choose Disk D or another drive to save the file.

Q: Why does the file disappear when I restart the computer that is located in the Search Area? |
File Saving |
A: The computer in the library has installed recovery card, please save your important files
in your flash drive. If the computer crashes or restarts automatically, you can remove the
flash drive before restarting the computer. If you save the files on the desktop, press Ctrl+k
while entering the recovery window, the system will recover your files from the previous state.
