Q: How to apply to use the lockers in the library?

Spaces & Facilities

A: Please bring your ID card, driver’s license, NHI IC Card or other valid identification to the circulation desk in order to exchange for a locker key. Each person can only exchange for one key. All personal items stored in the locker must be removed before you leave the library, and remember to return the locker key in order to reclaim your ID card.

Q: How to apply to use the library gallery?

1. Qualification to apply
(1.) Faculties, students and alumni
(2.)Arts and cultural professionals and organizations outside the university.
2. To apply: Fill out the application form (Please download and print out the form from the library homepage). Take the form to the Library Collection Department for applying.
3. Evaluation: We will notify you by phone or e-mail after the evaluation is completed.
4. Exhibition information and related requirements: Please refer to the “Key Points of the Gallery Implementation” on the library homepage

Q: How do I apply for a permit to use the Study Carrels.?

Spaces & Facilities

A:
1.Qualification to apply: All full-time instructors and graduate students can apply to use Study Carrels at the Library Circulation Department
2. It is basically limited to two-month period.
3.Since the number of Study Carrels is limited, please note the library announcement and updates on the library website about the information on applying.

Q: How can I apply for an alumni library card?

Borrowing Rules

A::
1.Qualification to apply: All students who graduated from our niversity can apply.
2.To apply:
(1.) Application form: Obtain the form at the circulation desk, or download it from the library website.
(2.) Submit documents: Photocopies of retirement certificate (for retiree) or diploma (for alumni), ID card, and one copy of 2x2 inches photo (Please bring the original copies with you for verification, we will keep the photocopies on file)
(3.) Evaluation: Bring all the documents mentioned above to the office of the Library Circulation Department for identification evaluation.
(4.)Refundable fee: NT$3,000.
(5.)Processing fee: NT $200
(6.)How to pay:
<1.>Bring the application from to the cashier and pay in person.
<2>匯款至中國信託商業銀行忠孝分行,帳號:185350003083,戶名:國立臺北藝術大學401專戶。
(7.)Bring the receipts of the refundable and processing fee payments, and also the application form and other related documents to the circulation desk in order to apply for the library card. (Please keep the receipt of refundable payment. You will need it for refund later.)
(8.)Your alumni library card will be ready for 3 working days
